3. Engineer (Mechanical/Commissioning/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation)
v Coordinate work functions of the EPC Project in his area of responsibility. Ensure quality of work and supervision.
v Ensure the implementation of corrective/Preventive/Shutdown activities to meet the Project goal.
v Ensure personnel's adherence to safe working.
v Provide technical expertise and improvements to the operational functions.
v Ensure at all times the availability of personnel, tools and test equipment's.
v Ability to supervise group of people from different technical backgrounds
v Do resource forecasting for the timely completion of given work.
v Ensure projects are completed per project plans.
v Daily operations of field work activities and organization of subcontractors.
v Regular contracts status reports.
v Communicate with sub contractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time
v Frequently visit the construction site to monitor the progress and catch any problems that may occur.
v Qualification must be Bachelor Degree (Mech./Civil/ Electrical/instrumentation.) with minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
v Must have Gulf Experience
v Must have supervisory capability to direct the EPC of the complete facility.
v Must can make quick, sound decisions.
v Basic understanding of Program scheduling techniques.
v Inspects job sites to ensure specified procedures, standards, Fire & Safety Regulations are followed.
